About My Clients
I work with clients ages 11+ on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, codependency, boundaries, transitions, grief. I enjoy working with adolescents and families -starting with adults- or college students and recent grads. I am committed to providing safety, support, and encouragement in a non-judgmental setting for clients to uncover insights, abilities, and confidence to be their best self. Inclusion of Christian spirituality is available, but optional.
My Background and Approach
I believe that relationships are the avenue in which we are both hurt and healed. My therapeutic approach sees each client as a piece of their whole family system, living in patterns and roles that have been shaped and formed by the relationships they grew up around. It is my goal to develop a safe, truthful, and grace-filled therapeutic relationship with you so that you can experience freedom, restoration, and change that will have positive ripple effects in your life. No matter how big or small your struggles feel, you have a wealth of internal resources and tools to navigate life with hope. In therapy together I will help you help yourself by drawing out the understanding you already have to navigate life’s challenges.
