Whether familial, friends, colleagues, romantic partners, or others, connection can be so important and often so painful. Together we can explore patterns, history, and new ways of relating that can bring you more freedom and satisfaction.

Anxiety is so pervasive and so often invisible and difficult to work with meaningfully. I want to help you understand and validate your anxiety, but also understand new strategies and practices to access a calmer and more regulated nervous system.

When we experience a grief, it so often opens up all of the other losses we have experienced in life. I aim to create a safe space to feel and explore your sorrow. It can often feel like there's an expected timeline of how long we can feel sad over something before we have to "get over it" and I believe it's so much more complicated than that. Together we can witness your grief and intuit what healing means for you.
