About My Clients
Our clients are of diverse gender, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds. We work with people of all ages from middle school aged kiddos to older adults, and everything in between. I specialize in clients who are challenged by: - Thoughts of suicide or chronic suicidality -Processing PTSD (i.e. sexual violence, psychical abuse, traumatic experiences) -Coping with depression, anxiety, self harm, and loss in your life -Gaining skills to love yourself and increase self confidence and more!
My Background and Approach
Life is hard and sometimes we just need a sounding board or some new tools for our tool belt (that we will actually use). Some nonjudgmental support paired with golden retriever cuddles is what we are here to do! My main goal is to provide an authentic, nonjudgmental, brave, and safe space to work through life's struggles. We are focused on helping you achieve your goals and challenge you to grow how you see fit.
