About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues. Some are in the perinatal period, adjusting to the emotional and relational shifts of new parenthood; others are seeking support managing life transitions, relational disconnection, or inner conflict. Together, we uncover patterns, build insight, and create space for more clarity, connection, and self-trust.
My Background and Approach
I'm a relational therapist with certifications in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), sex therapy (CSTIP), and have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, intimacy, & the perinatal journey. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in public relations—an experience that deepened my understanding of people’s inner worlds. My style is collaborative and curious: you're in the driver’s seat, and I’m in the front with the map, helping navigate. I focus on emotions, relationships, and past experiences, asking thoughtful questions to uncover patterns and meaning. I believe self-talk can both hurt and heal, and while I can be solution-focused when needed, I’m most interested in building insight, self-trust, and compassion. Whether you're contemplating parenthood or working through a tough conversation, I offer meaningful, tailored support to help you feel more grounded, connected, and understood.
