My Background and Approach
With a holistic approach to therapy, I like to help clients explore mindfulness, meditation, and breathing techniques, to nurture their overall wellness and work on self discovery. I have a special interest in working with adult individuals and couples, who are looking to take steps towards establishing healthy coping mechanisms, moving towards optimal health, and creating/maintaining secure relationships.

The only way out is through, but you do not have to go through it alone. Therapy can be hard but you’ve made a huge step in exploring help. You deserve to be validated, supported, and listened to without judgment. I can sit with you while you process the scary stuff.
