My Background and Approach
My work is deeper than traditional talk therapy alone. I integrate mind-body awareness, emotional processing, and evidence-informed approaches to help clients move toward greater self-trust. I do EMDR, IFS, DBT and create a safe place where you can grow. Many of the women I work with feel like they are functioning on the outside but overwhelmed, anxious, numb, or lost internally. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating meaningful shifts in how you think, feel, relate, and live.
