About My Clients
I primarily work with adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, or navigating life transitions. My focus includes supporting parents/caregivers, aging adults, individuals experiencing housing instability (due to hoarding, conflict, or substance use), faith integration, healing from religious trauma, and those navigating conflict.
My Background and Approach
With over a decade of experience supporting diverse communities—including those impacted by homelessness, trauma, substance use, and mental illness—I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to my work. My style is laid back but directive; I’ll meet you where you are while also helping you move toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy offers a unique space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. We’ll work collaboratively to identify your feelings, improve communication skills, resolve conflict, increase self-awareness, and develop positive coping strategies. You can expect a supportive environment that balances empathy and curiosity with clear direction and actionable steps.
