About My Clients

You might be grappling with anxiety, caught in cycles of negative thoughts, or navigating through unresolved experiences from your past. In moments like these, we often yearn for clarity, resilience, and a genuine sense of peace. Imagine understanding your inner struggles with empathy, while also feeling a deep curiosity about your untapped potential. And above all, seeking to understand your thoughts and emotions and to find pathways to healing, connection, and inner strength.

My Background and Approach

We’ll focus on identifying and challenging cognitive distortions, exploring coping mechanisms and mindfulness. Together, we’ll rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you, reconnect you with your inner resilience, and celebrate every step of progress—no matter how small. I approach therapy from a multi-modality model which will adjust based upon your needs. Narrative therapy helps change the way we view our story and struggles, CBT helps challenge distortions within that, and SFT helps find strengths and positive solutions moving forward. I believe there is no one size fits all for every client so I am to be flexible and adjust as needed. Whether you’re aiming to overcome anxiety, break free from negative thinking patterns, heal from past experiences, or deepen your practice of mindfulness, I am here to support you. I am honored to practice at growURpotential were therapists with healing-justice mindsets bring restorative care to our communities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I want to help people rewrite the narratives that others have put upon them, or that they have put upon themselves, in order to uncover the strengths and resilience present within them. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone is capable of positive change and aim to help my clients see that ability within themselves.
