About My Clients

If you feel things deeply and carry more inside than people realize, you don't have to bear that weight alone. I work with big feelers, deep thinkers, and those highly attuned to their environments. Maybe you're neurodivergent or tired of adapting to spaces that never quite fit. Many of my clients have spent years meeting others' expectations until they lost touch with their own. Together, we slow down, build self-awareness, and develop real coping skills to help you reconnect with yourself.

My Background and Approach

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I work with children, teens, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, or issues related to neurodiversity and high sensitivity. Many of my clients are thoughtful, deeply feeling people who have spent years adapting to others, pushing through, or carrying more than they let on. I value balancing emotional processing with practical skill-building, helping clients not only better understand themselves, but also feel more equipped in daily life. Together, we create space to slow down, explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, build self-awareness, and strengthen coping skills that support meaningful and lasting change.
