In addition to her work with Wellcova Health, Hannah currently works in the Cherry Creek school district providing community based behavioral health services to children and youth. Hannah uses a compassionate, strength-based approach incorporating her clients interests and social supports to promote change while making therapy enjoyable.
My Background and Approach
Hannah has been practicing evidence-based individual, group and family therapy as well as diagnostic assessment and evaluation with children and families since 2016. Ms. Hemming utilizes a variety of interventions to include, CBT, DBT, Family Systems, Behavior Management, and Strengths Based approaches to treat an extensive array of mental health symptoms and conditions. Hannah holds comprehensive experience in crisis-intervention, diagnostic assessment, and trauma-informed care. Ms. Hemming has practiced in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, and homes. Previously, Hannah was a therapist for adults with developmental disabilities and comorbid mental health conditions through Sample Supports, a caseworker with Denver Human Services, and a behavioral health clinician at Children's Hospital Colorado.
