I can help you change those thought patterns and help you find your inner strength.
My Background and Approach
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Each person is unique, so each approach needs to be as unique as the person. I have a variety of tools to help navigate life's challenges. My goal is to find the right tool for you. We will work collaboratively to address what you need and develop a treatment plan that works for you. I have experience working with EMDR, talk therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, sand tray therapy, and more. I will help you build resilience, increase your self-esteem and empower you to reach your goals.

I believe that people's experiences shape who they are in life. I hope to increase positive experiences by offering support, acceptance, and encouragement to everyone who works with me. I strive to be supportive of everyone, no matter our differences, and I am always open to learning and adapting. I do not believe that anyone should be discriminated against based on their identity.
