About My Clients

My clients are often adolescents and young adults who feel driven, self-aware, and deeply thoughtful- but also overwhelmed by anxiety and perfectionism. They may hold themselves to high standards, constantly pushing for more while struggling to feel satisfied or at ease. Many are also navigating the impact of trauma, relationship wounds, or disordered eating patterns, and are looking for a space where they can better understand themselves and begin to feel more grounded and in control.

My Background and Approach

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders, and take a trauma-informed, collaborative, and action-oriented approach. My goal is to balance insight with practical strategies to help my clients make actual change.
