My training is in systems theory, with additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed Yoga & Solution-Focused Therapy. These approaches to therapy focus on empowerment and strengths, focusing on your values & goals.
In my therapy practice, I will ensure that you are heard, feel supported, and are free to express yourself in a way that allows you to concentrate on what matters to you and flourish. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma related to life changes or their relationships. In our first few sessions, we will explore challenges you are facing in depth and collaborate to build a plan that empowers you to reclaim your life & flourish.
Most of my clients see a gradual relief of symptoms within the first month and continued improvement thereafter. I am confident through our journey, you will feel liberated from your challenges, increased confidence in yourself, and empowered to embrace what the present and future bring.
I became a therapist because I believe everyone has the ability to change and grow, inherently within themselves. I am passionate about helping people find relief from suffering and empowering people to create a more fulfilling life for themselves.
