About My Clients

My Background and Approach
Hannah specializes in helping children, adolescents and adults overcome difficulties related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, traumatic experiences, self-esteem, eating/body concerns, identity, and behavioral concerns. When working with clients, Hannah utilizes a relational, person-centered approach that honors you as a unique individual. Her work also draws from theoretical orientations such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness. Hannah obtained her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She has experience working in a variety of clinical settings including therapeutic day treatment for children, in-home care, and outpatient care.

Hannah welcomes folks from all backgrounds, race/ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender/gender identities, religions, disabilities and belief systems. She identifies as a strong advocate for social justice and strives to be anti-oppressive in her approach.
