About My Clients
Clients I work with arrive at therapy caught in repeating patterns and know something needs to change but aren't sure how. They're at a threshold in their lives, seeking deep transformation and a new orientation to life rather than symptom reduction alone. This might show up as feeling stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself and others. Whatever the circumstances of your present life, I believe meaning, connection, and freedom can be reclaimed through conscious, relational work.
My Background and Approach
My practice is rooted in collective liberation and social justice, where individual healing resists systems that perpetuate disconnection and disembodiment. I work with those living at the margins of mainstream culture: creatives, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and highly sensitive people, as well as those living nontraditional lives and folks questioning the conventional path. I hold a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and my specialized training is in depth psychology, including Jungian psychotherapy and the intersection of depth and somatic work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I draw from depth and liberation psychology, exploring the impact of childhood experiences, relationship dynamics, cultural conditioning, and larger power structures. This work is guided by deepening your connection to yourself, others, and to life, and in doing so, contributing to transforming the relational and social systems that limit human flourishing.
