My Background and Approach

Hannah has been working in the mental health field since 2018. She has experience working in corrections, addiction and recovery, outpatient settings and in residential treatment for children and adolescents with dual diagnoses. Hannah's areas of specialization include OCD, gender dysphoria and other LGBTQ+ issues, substance abuse/addiction and recovery, the impact of addiction on families, dual diagnosis issues in adolescents and adults, depression, anxiety and psychotic disorders. Such approaches she uses as evidence-based therapies are Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help promote personal growth and self-esteem building in her clients.
