My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have inherent worth and value that lives in each one of us. I realize that at times we have had experiences that have felt contrary to that value; however, I would like to walk the journey of helping you realize what your worth and value is. I believe that most people are products of their environment, indulging in behaviors and patterns that were set before them and were no fault of their own. My job is to raise your awareness and help you realize a different way of doing things, judgement free. I have spent the majority of her career serving marginalized communities which is foundational to why I became a therapist. For me, being a therapist is more than a profession, it is my purpose in this life.
