My Background and Approach

As a therapist, I provide space for clients to feel seen, heard, and understood while challenging them to pursue growth and meet your therapeutic goals. While empowering my clients to embrace their various social and cultural identities, I strive to use trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices. My treatment approach is emotion-focused, and is informed by attachment science, interpersonal neurobiology, and internal family systems.
