I work with adults and teens who are trying to make sense of what they’re carrying, whether that’s anxiety, low mood, big life changes, relationship struggles, or a general feeling of “something needs to shift.” You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and find new ways to move through the world.
My Background and Approach
My passion for counseling is rooted in traditional talk therapy, and I use different strategies to challenge unhelpful thoughts, including a focus on body work and physical awareness. Anxiety and trauma don’t just live in our minds, they live in our bodies. That can shape every part of our lives, from work and school to our relationships and sense of intimacy. Therapy with me is thoughtful, collaborative, and paced with care, shaped around your goals and needs.
