About My Clients
I am accepting Telehealth clients M-F, 9-5. Are you working hard and still feeling lost and overwhelmed? Do you have the tendency to put yourself last, while focusing on the many responsibilities of your life? Unfortunately, doing this can make you lose track of who you are and what you really need. I specialize in helping clients increase their self-awareness. Working with you, I can help you to understand your thoughts and behaviors and how to adjust them to better fit your goals.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience in the field working with diverse adult clients as well as teaching college classes on counseling and psychology! My clinical style is focused on creating an engaging therapeutic environment, using supportive and open communication, compassion and a bit of humor. I work hard to make sure clients feel safe, heard, and understood.
