About My Clients

Dissociation and numbing are normal responses to trauma and stress—protective ways we cope when it doesn’t feel safe to feel. I support you in reconnecting with your body so you can feel, process, and heal. Informed by my time working with the Shipibo people at an ayahuasca center in Peru, my approach is grounded in somatic practices, EMDR, IFS, DBT, KAP and mindfulness to help people regulate, recover, and reclaim wholeness—especially after trauma, chronic stress, or difficult life experiences.

My Background and Approach

While have formal trainings in Somatic Practice, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, my approach is also deeply informed by my time working alongside the Shipibo people at an ayahuasca center in Pucallpa, Peru, as well as over a decade of studying yoga and Buddhism. I also specialize in psychedelic integration and spiritual emergence, supporting those navigating the after-effects of ketamine therapy, plant medicine journeys, or awakening experiences. Whether you’re feeling disoriented, cracked open, or unsure how to ground your insights, I offer steady, compassionate support.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My approach is holistic, relational, and liberation-focused. Healing, for me, is not about fixing—it’s about returning to the truth of who you are, in your body, in your life, and in community. I work with adults of all backgrounds, and I welcome clients who are curious, sensitive, and ready to do deep, embodied healing work.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
