About My Clients
I have worked with clients across the lifespan. I am passionate about working with individuals who identify as neurodivergent or just need help managing stress and anxiety. I have spent much of my career learning about trauma and like to take a trauma informed approach. I also am very interested in, and have experience, working with parents who are in need of support and education surrounding child development and behavior.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy) so I can help with stress and anxiety related to parenting. I am also trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). I do not have formal training in IFS (internal family systems) but am fascinated by the work and love to read about and use interventions from the modality. I have taken several trainings with the tri-state trauma network and am well informed on the long term effects of trauma. I work to prove an accepting, calm, and judgement free environment.
