About My Clients
My clients are often high achievers navigating anxiety, intensity, or burnout, with an awareness that unresolved trauma still echoes in their present. They want therapy that honors both their current ambitions and the complexity of past wounds—whether from abuse, neglect, or developmental rupture. Coping strategies like addiction, disordered eating, or hyper-independence often point to deeper patterns. You may be exploring EMDR, polyvagal work, or mindfulness to support nervous system regulation
My Background and Approach
My approach blends EMDR, mindfulness-based methods, Jungian depth psychology (through the Society of Analytical Psychology, London), and trauma-informed narrative work. I often use myth, archetype, and ritual to help clients locate purpose in moments of intensity or transition. I see the ancient in the modern—and help clients create grounding practices that honor both. My experience includes psychedelic integration work and formal research in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I view the therapist’s role as a kind of threshold guide—helping you move through inner initiations, reckon with the numinous, and stay rooted in this life. With more analytical clients, meaning-making may draw on existential or philosophical inquiry. Whether through symbolism, story, or somatic awareness, I help you metabolize what's been endured—and recognize what wants to emerge. This is depth work grounded in present safety, oriented toward change that is both embodied and soulfully informed.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is not just about symptom relief, but soul retrieval. My practice is rooted in the conviction that healing happens at the intersection of the personal, the ancestral, and the archetypal. I honor both the science of trauma and the mystery of transformation. My background in Jungian thought, ritual practice, and spiritual inquiry shapes how I hold space—gently, deeply, and without pathologizing the parts of you that have been called “too much.” I believe emotions carry intelligence, the body carries truth, and relationship is the crucible where new patterns form. Whether we’re processing past abuse or navigating a spiritual awakening, I trust your psyche knows the way—and I walk with you, not ahead of you.
