About My Clients
I am currently working towards a master's certificate for military resilience counseling to serve military personnel, as well as their friends and family. I also offer therapy services for non-military personnel for depression, anxiety, life stressors, domestic violence, and more!
My Background and Approach
I received my bachelors of science in clinical psychology from East Tennessee State University and my masters of arts in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University. I am an open, honest, and down to Earth person. I pride myself on being someone who offers a genuine connection with lots of cheesy jokes, movie references, and analogies. One question you can expect to hear from me at the first session is, “Do you want me to sugar coat things or be straight with you?”
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know what it is like to experience your first day of therapy. Hell, even admitting you need a therapist and finding one can be an intimidating experience. I know this because I have been on both ends of the “therapy couch.” Whether I am the therapist for you or not, making the jump is worth it in the end!
