I have a strong foundation and training in Family Systems Theory, and view problem formation from a systemic lens. I consider how my client’s relationships and larger systems contribute and maintain client problems. I'm also trained in Bowen Family Systems Theory and utilize this modality to track emotional relationship patterns that influence the system and assist my clients in changing these patterns to encourage and promote positive relationships.

With a foundation in Family Systems Theory, I understand the complexities of relationship dynamics and guide partners through identifying and changing unhelpful patterns. Trained in the Gottman Method (Level 1) and as a PREPARE/ENRICH Certified Facilitator, I offer proven approaches to help couples build healthier, more supportive relationships where both partners feel valued.

My approach blends empathy with actionable steps: together, we’ll identify stressors, develop coping strategies, and set boundaries that support both well-being and ambition. By creating a path rooted in your values, we’ll work toward restoring balance, allowing you to pursue goals with renewed energy and resilience.

I specialize in supporting clients who experience anxiety and stress, particularly those in fast-paced, high-demand careers like the creative industries and entrepreneurship. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I guide clients in identifying stress triggers, challenging negative thought patterns, and developing healthy coping strategies. My goal is to build emotional resilience, reduce overwhelm, and help clients regain stability in their lives.
