I work with individuals and couples navigating the complexity of being human—whether you’re living with anxiety, healing from trauma, unpacking patterns in relationships, or exploring your identity. My clients include queer, trans, non-binary, and BIPOC folks, those who feel disconnected from their bodies, those questioning their place in the world, and those longing for deeper connection—with themselves, with others, and with the world around them.
My Background and Approach
Being human is beautifully complex—and at times, overwhelming. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where we can explore your inner world together. I’ll meet you where you are, and gently support you in clarifying where you want to go and which parts of yourself you’re ready to call forward. Our work may include making sense of your internal experiences and connecting them more deeply with how you move through the world. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, developmental trauma, inner dynamics, and relational patterns. I hold space for the fullness of intersectional identities—you don’t have to be just one thing or fit into any particular box. Together, we can reconnect with your inner richness and support its expression in your life. As an inclusive, queer person of color, I feel at ease working with adults, couples, and children from diverse backgrounds. I believe healing happens in relationship—through presence, attunement, and honoring each person’s unique truth. I value liberation, inclusivity, and the power of subjective knowing. I hold space for complexity, contradiction, and the many ways we make meaning. As a queer person of color, I’m committed to anti-oppressive, trauma-informed care that centers your agency, affirms your identity, and supports you in becoming more fully and freely yourself.
