About My Clients
Being a human being is complicated, complex, and can sometimes be overwhelming. I can meet you where you are, and together identify where you would like to go, and what parts of yourself you would like to call forward. I can help you explore your inner world, and help you connect your internal experiences to your external experiences. I work well with depression, anxiety, developmental trauma, Trans/LGBTQIA+, inner-dynamics, and relational dynamics. I hold space for intersectional identities.
My Background and Approach
I work from an integrative somatic background. Our bodies are part of our experience here, and I bring that into session. I am neuro-affirming, trans affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and work from a relational background.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of collaboration, of being seen, and not being pathologized.
