About My Clients
I work best with women navigating ADHD, anxiety, grief, and racial identity-related concerns, including women’s issues. My clients often seek clarity, emotional resilience, or support through life transitions. I create a safe, affirming space for individuals of all backgrounds, with a focus on culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
My Background and Approach
I support women navigating ADHD, anxiety, grief, and depression using a flexible, strengths-based approach. I draw from evidence-based therapies including ACT, CBT, DBT, and IFS, along with elements of family systems, interpersonal, and multicultural therapy. My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and work toward meaningful change. I offer culturally responsive care with sensitivity to racial identity and a commitment to affirming each client’s perspective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be accessible, affirming, and culturally aware. I’m an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and a supporter of racial justice initiatives. I’m passionate about dismantling systemic barriers in mental health care and supporting individuals in reclaiming their narratives. Outside of therapy, I find joy in creative expression, community engagement, and lifelong learning. My practice is guided by values of compassion, authenticity, and respect for each person’s journey.
