I work best with teens and women navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel pressure to meet expectations at school, work, or home while struggling to stay connected to themselves. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I bring both professional training and a deep respect for the real-life challenges my clients face. My background includes work with teens, young adults, and women experiencing stress, overwhelm, and the pressure to live up to expectations. In therapy, I use approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based work, but I always keep our sessions grounded in your lived experience. What this means for you is that therapy isn’t about “performing” or meeting another standard. It’s about having a space where you can be honest, lay down the weight you’ve been carrying, and explore who you are beneath the burnout. I am especially passionate about advocating for women and teens who are navigating societal pressures and identity shifts, as well as reducing the stigma around mental health in diverse communities. I see healing as both personal and collective, and I bring that perspective into every session, holding space for your story while honoring the larger systems and expectations that shape it.
