My Background and Approach
In this space, I offer a blend of evidence-based techniques to support your healing journey. Polyvagal Theory & Interpersonal Neurobiology help you understand how your nervous system influences emotions and social interactions, giving you tools to regulate stress and reframe your reactions. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to process traumatic memories, reducing emotional distress and promoting healing. I also incorporate Brainspotting, a powerful tool for accessing and processing deeply held trauma, using specific eye positions to release stuck emotions and promote neural healing. Identity Work, grounded in decolonial therapy and liberation principles, helps you reclaim your authentic self and dismantle oppressive structures. Together, we’ll build resilience, cultivate emotional freedom, and empower you to move forward with lasting change.
