About My Clients
I have experience working with people who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse. I'm only accepting telehealth clients at this time! I accept Aetna and United/Optum insurance or self-pay and am out-of-network for all other insurance plans!
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ever Rising Therapy. I believe that change happens when we take a step back, open ourselves up to the possibilities, and learn to adapt to or confront all that life throws at us. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I specialize in anxiety, childhood trauma, ADHD, and stress related to life adjustments/transitions.
