Coming out of the closet is tough. It’s even tougher when the people around you don’t understand. Whether you identify as gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, queer, and/or other part(s) of the LGBTQIA+ community, I can help you navigate the changes in your relationships, how people view you, and how you view yourself.

How individual people experience anxiety is unique and there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness which I can use to customize your treatment to better suit how you think, process, and feel.​

Sometimes bad things happen and it’s hard to move forward from them, whether they happened when we were children or they happened last week. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), all evidence-based trauma therapies.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which is an evidence-based practice that helps treat PTSD and other issues tied to childhood/traumatic events.

Mindfulness is a great way to help with anxiety and depression and help keep you focused on what matters most to you!

Other than EMDR, I'm also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure! Both of these therapies have been shown to effectively treat PTSD!
