My Background and Approach
Therapy is a trusting relationship where you can unmask and feel safe enough to be vulnerable. We all need a space to step back and sort out what has been on our minds. I help clients process their feelings, gain clarity, and become more self-compassionate, so they can show up for themselves first. There are many ways to cope with distress and manage emotional and relational challenges, but to truly heal and grow from experiences that once evoked shame, guilt, anger, fear, a deep sense of aloneness, or the pain of being othered, there must be a safe space to process what has been carried internally for far too long.
