About My Clients
I help people manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, solution focused, and grounded in empathy. We work together to identify patterns, clarify core issues, set goals, and stay accountable. I draw from CBT and psychodynamic therapy and offer resources to support growth.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, culturally aware, and grounded in both clinical training and lived experience. I offer a space where you can feel supported, challenged, and understood. Together, we explore your experiences, notice what’s been holding you back, and build toward meaningful change. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and grounded in lived experience. If it feels like the right time, I invite you to reach out. I offer sessions in English and Spanish, online.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all carry the tools we need to self-soothe and explore ourselves, but sometimes those tools feel out of reach. Traumatic experiences can shape how we think, how we relate to ourselves, and how accessible those inner resources feel. Through trauma-informed work, the goal is to reconnect with those parts of you and make them more available, so you can live a more whole and fulfilling life. I also believe deeply in the importance of community and belonging. When we create safe and supportive spaces, people have room to express themselves, regulate emotions, and grow through self-exploration. Community offers connection, shared understanding, and accountability. It is one of the most powerful supports in healing and in developing emotional awareness.
