My Background and Approach
My experience as an Iranian-American and living and working in both countries helps me to be more understanding and supportive to cross-cultural clients. Also, my personal experience as a husband and father over the past decade has given me the real world experience to speak into the lives of my clients. My approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe if we can transform the couple’s relationships, we are not only helping them, but also helping them and their families for generations to come. Also, most of people’s toughest struggles are related to their relational issues so, as the relationship improves, the person's individual problems seem less challenging.
