About My Clients
If you're feeling burdened by the ripple effects of trauma, are living with anxiety, or a gnawing internal discomfort, my practice is here to offer you a pathway toward relief and lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, trauma survivors, and those seeking EMDR.
My Background and Approach
I hold an undergraduate degree from UCLA and a Master's degree from USC. I am an EMDR-trained therapist, and I also draw from attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to individual needs and experiences. I integrate depth-oriented approaches to help clients make meaning of their histories and foster lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I wholeheartedly believe that finding peace and living a fulfilling life are within reach, and I view therapy as a path through which turmoil and uncertainty can give way to balance and clarity. I value the significant impact that past experiences have on current patterns and relationships. I believe that true understanding lies in looking beyond surface-level symptoms to explore what's underneath.
