About My Clients

Do you find yourself craving more clarity? Maybe you’re trying to ease anxiety, feel more comfortable in your sexuality or identity, or understand why your relationships follow familiar patterns. Perhaps past trauma has made emotional or physical connection feel hard, or you’re simply longing to reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I can help.

My Background and Approach

Hi! My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in attachment-based and relational therapy. I pride myself on matching the vibe you bring to sessions. I am person-centered and strive to make sure that our sessions are unique to you. It's so important that we can develop strong rapport in our sessions! I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques to help you deepen self-awareness and reconnect with your body, desires, and sense of self. Together, we explore how attachment patterns show up in intimacy, sexuality, relationships and overall mental health. Additionally, I work with couples who struggle to stay connected while navigating the demands of high-stress, long-hour careers. I totally understand the stress of being a spouse to someone in a very demanding career. I also support partners of individuals in these roles, recognizing how isolating, overwhelming, and uncertain this experience can be (e.g., healthcare, military, law, corporate, and blue-collar professions).

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that the therapeutic relationship grows off the foundation of trust and support. I value being a trusting and non-judgmental therapist. TMI usually does not exist in our sessions! Everything is on the table. We can laugh, cry, be serious, or have fun. I often let you guide the therapy experience that feels comfortable for you, while intervening and providing techniques when helpful. We are all humans walking this earth for the first time and continuing to learn and explore ourselves and our environment. I would be honored to walk along this season of life with you. When I'm not in the office, you can find me snuggling my dog, reading a good book, or learning a new recipe to cook! I've been trying to be more artsy, but I can't seem to draw to save my life. I have plenty of coloring books in the office so we can get creative while we chat.
