About My Clients

I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety and depression, but I also see clients for a wide variety of challenges, including family and relationship concerns, self-esteem and shame. Additionally, I often work with clients with a diverse range of sexual orientations and gender identities, and with those in non-monogamous relationships.

My Background and Approach

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from Pacific University and completed my postdoctoral training at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have practiced both research and therapy with a variety of clients in university and community clinics in Oregon and Illinois. My approaches to depression and anxiety focus on understanding the root causes of emotional struggles, building healthy habits that support your well-being, and using tools and coping skills to help you manage life's challenges.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm a queer professional, and I am passionate about social justice, mutual aid work, and climate activism.
