You may be carrying more than anyone knows. You might feel like you're functioning well on the outside while inside, you're exhausted, stuck, or overwhelmed. You may long for space to rest, feel, and reconnect with yourself—without having to explain or defend your experience. In therapy, I offer you that space. With warmth, curiosity, and non-judgment, we explore what’s heavy, what’s hidden, and what’s possible. My goal is not to fix you—but to walk with you as you deepen in your healing.
My Background and Approach
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by nearly a decade of work in the social work field and a deep commitment to walking alongside people in their healing journey. I am an LISW and a RYT-200hr. I bring a trauma-informed lens and a deep respect for the strength and wisdom people carry—especially those who’ve had to navigate complex systems, long-held pain, or stories that haven’t always been fully heard. As a certified yoga instructor, I also value the connection between mind and body—how healing often lives not just in what we talk about, but in what we feel, release, and reclaim somatically. These threads—clinical training, embodied awareness, and lived experience—come together in my work with clients. I’m here to hold space that’s compassionate, grounded, and attuned to the full complexity of being human.
