I work with teens and young adults (ages 12+) navigating anxiety, stress, overthinking, self-esteem, or relationship challenges. Together, we’ll work to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I am dedicated to supporting individuals who want to better understand themselves, develop emotional regulation skills, and cultivate self-compassion, in an affirming and inclusive space.
My Background and Approach
I’m a person-centered therapist, which means I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I blend this approach with tools that help calm and regulate the nervous system, drawing from mindfulness, body-based techniques, and EMDR.

I am committed to creating an inclusive, respectful environment for all individuals. I am LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and have meaningful experience supporting and working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to create a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and genuinely welcome.
