Life isn’t perfect, it can be an unpredictable journey. Sometimes figuring out the next step on the journey can leave you feeling stuck and frustrated. Processing through these moments alone can be difficult. My goal is to offer guidance and support to individuals through these moments. I think we all can relate to life being challenging and sometimes we’re too close to be able to see through it.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I'm passionate about working with young adults and adults who are suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and those who are adjusting to different life stages. I utilize different treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness.
