About My Clients
Life can get chaotic, overwhelming, and honestly… just a lot. You don’t have to carry it alone or pretend everything’s fine here. While therapy is a place to explore the tough and meaningful parts of your life, it doesn’t have to feel heavy every moment. We can hold space for the hard things while also allowing room for honesty, understanding, and the kind of humor that makes life a little easier.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S). I support individuals navigating anxiety, grief, and trauma, as well as those who are neurodivergent or exploring that identity. I use evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches including EMDR and somatic work. I want to help you process what you’ve been carrying, calm your nervous system, and build skills that actually fit into everyday life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and flexible because therapy should work with you, not force you into a mold.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when you feel safe, understood, and able be yourself. My style is warm, direct, and full of real-talk. I’m here to support you, celebrate your progress, and help you build tools that actually work in everyday life. Therapy with me means you get to be human, including the messy and confusing parts. We’ll figure things out together at a pace that works for you.
