I love to work with individuals who are healing from relational wounds and who are adapting to difficult life transitions. My intent is to offer a compassionate stance and a sense of safety that is necessary to help you toward personal growth. My aim is to help you move toward a life of greater authenticity, in alignment with your own values and purpose. I desire to assist others on life's journey while celebrating the beauty that comes with diversity and commonalities in the human experience.
My Background and Approach
Most of my clients are healing from past traumatic events, situations, or relationship experiences. I believe that incorporation of mind, body, and spirit in the counseling space provides an environment that promotes holistic wellness and healing. I utilize a collaborative approach and tailor interventions to meet you where you are. I offer evidence-based counseling services while operating from a position of curiosity and non-judgment. My most commonly used modalities include EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems informed strategies, the Gottman Method.
