My Background and Approach
I am real, relatable and love using an ecletic approach. I utilize cognitive behavorial therapy and DBT, because I find that alot of my client own voices and negitivity are sabotoging their life. I love using creative therapies, meditation, self compssion, minfulness and narrative work when appropriate.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I will be forever and always an Undecided major. Let me explain, I could have had a hundred majors and have never been satisfied. Through alot of hard trial and errors, I found that my passion is to help others find and connect with their passion, and more importantly themselves. How do you want to impact the world?
