I work with individuals, couples and groups, helping them gain insight about themselves and feel like they have the power to make changes. I utilize approaches that help you feel understood and cared for while providing structure and feedback so it doesn't feel like you are just talking to a friend. I specialize in couples, premarital counseling, new parents, childless by choice, gender identity, and non-monogamy. The clients I work with are often hoping to feel more assured in themselves and empowered in their relationships and life choices.

Therapy should feel like a space where you are supported and challenged. My goal is that you feel comfortable in being yourself and uncomfortable enough to help propel you towards the changes that you want. I deeply care about the people I work with, and I work hard to make them feel seen, heard, and cared for.
