About My Clients
I have extensive experience with both aggressors and victims experiencing domestic violence. I work with individual teens and adults experiencing problems with relationships, self-esteem, depression, trauma, and more. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths perspective and the person-in-environment perspective.
My Background and Approach
I prioritize client interests throughout the therapeutic process by including aspects of bibliotherapy, cinema therapy, and music therapy. I utilize a holistic approach in an empathetic and non-judgmental manner to help those seeking changes.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I firmly believe that just because no one can heal or do your inner work for you doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone. Therapy should be a collaboration between the client and therapist that prioritizes the individuality and self-determination of the client.
