My Background and Approach
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to your needs. I primarily integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy, helping clients gain insight, develop practical strategies, and achieve meaningful change. Whether working with individuals or couples, I focus on empowering clients to become active partners in their healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m passionate about empowering individuals to recognize that their self-worth is not dependent on others’ opinions. I help clients build self-advocacy skills and restore relationships—whether intimate, within families, or friendships. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach using evidence-based methods to support growth, insight, and meaningful change. I’m a Christian and value spirituality as a key part of mental health; I respect all beliefs and can integrate faith into therapy if requested. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.
