About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and related concerns. If intrusive thoughts, excessive worry, sadness, loss, or compulsive behaviors are affecting your daily life, I can help. Using evidence-based treatments such as CBT and ERP, I work collaboratively with clients to reduce symptoms, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Valdosta State University. My clinical experience includes providing therapy in both partial hospitalization and inpatient hospital settings, where I worked with individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health concerns. These experiences have helped me develop a flexible, individualized approach to treatment. I specialize in treating OCD and OCD-spectrum disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. I use evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. As a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), I stay current on best practices to provide effective, research-supported care that helps clients achieve lasting
