About My Clients
If you are a teen through a young adult looking for someone who is empathetic and supportive of your journey through understanding yourself or your faith or your place in this world, I am here to help you. I am also here to help you through your depression, anxiety and trauma symptoms.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where teens and young adults can talk openly, feel understood, and learn practical skills to manage stress, emotions, and life challenges. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, positive psychology, and narrative therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and strengths. I am also trained in trauma-focused CBT and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and support trauma work at a pace that feels safe and empowering. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, grounded, and capable of navigating life both now and in the future.
