About My Clients
My clients are often deep feelers, thoughtful, self-aware, and tired of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating the complexities of eating disorders, body image, trauma, perfectionism, or people-pleasing. They may appear “fine” on the outside but feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or alone inside. Whether you're in the thick of recovery, beginning to explore your relationship with food + your body, or untangling the impact of past wounds, let's get curious together.
My Background and Approach
I work with individuals 16 and older facing eating disorders, disordered eating, body image struggles, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach blends evidence-based therapy, such as EMDR, with mindfulness and body-centered practices, creating a compassionate, safe space for healing. I also support families navigating the complexities of eating disorders. Grounded in curiosity and empathy, I believe healing is possible for everyone and guide clients to reconnect with their strongest selves, building resilience step by step.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that eating disorders often make a lot of sense when we take the time to slow down and understand them in the context of our lives. They are not random or senseless — they are strategies, often rooted in pain, trying to help us survive or cope. When we explore these patterns with gentleness and openness, we begin to uncover the deeper stories beneath them. At the heart of my work is the unwavering belief that every person has the innate capacity to change, especially when they are given the space, safety, and support to do so. My goal is to create a warm and compassionate therapeutic environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued just as you are.
