About My Clients
I work with clients who are learning to live with trauma. From our initial session, you can expect a warm & welcoming space where establishing a sense of safety is the primary goal. We will learn to understand your triggers & manage symptoms, identify patterns that aren't serving you, and ultimately learn to acknowledge the past while also living in the present and building a fulfilling future. I also work with clients with anxiety, depression, or who are facing relationship issues.

My approach is grounded in empowerment, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand your unique story. With the right support and a desire to improve the areas of life we are unhappy with, I believe that within each of us lies the strength to overcome difficulties even when change seems frightening and out-of-reach.
