About My Clients
I work with young adults, college students, and families navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and relationship stress. Many of my individual clients are high-achieving and used to holding it all together, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. My family clients are often dealing with tension around communication, independence, or how to best support a loved one. Most people I work with have insight into what’s going on, but need help actually shifting patterns in a way that feels
My Background and Approach
I work with young adults, college students, and families navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and relationship stress. Many of my individual clients are high-achieving and used to holding it all together, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. My family clients are often dealing with tension around communication, independence, or how to best support a loved one. Most people I work with have insight into what’s going on, but need help actually shifting patterns in a way that feels realistic.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I don’t believe therapy should feel cold or overly clinical. You should feel like you can be yourself, talk openly, and not have to filter or perform. A lot of the people I work with are used to being “the one who has it together,” whether that shows up individually or within their family. That can make it hard to ask for help, or have honest conversations. I see therapy as a space where we can step out of those patterns. In individual work, that might look like understanding yourself more clearly and making changes that actually stick. In family work, it often means shifting how people communicate, set boundaries, and support each other. Change doesn’t come from forcing everything at once or having a great toolbox. It comes from understanding what’s happening and making shifts that are realistic and sustainable over time.
